Preparing for another baby means more than birth. You’re carrying a new pregnancy while caring for the children you already have, planning for recovery, and reshaping family life.
At Bespoke Beginnings, we bring calm and clarity to this busy season—helping you prepare for birth and beyond with confidence, balance, and space to breathe.
Real Life Client Journeys
Real families. Real support. Beautifully tailored.
No two families are the same—and neither are our packages. Every journey we support is carefully tailored to our clients' wishes, needs, and vision for their transition into parenthood. Below are three examples of how we’ve worked with different clients to create support that truly fits - - these clients are fictional to protect privacy.
These real-world-style case studies offer a glimpse into what’s possible—and give a sense of the investment involved.
Becky
Becky – Lone Parent by Choice – £350
When Becky Reached Out
At 14 weeks pregnant with her second child, Becky was navigating everything alone. She had made the empowering decision to parent solo, but was also conscious of her limited budget and limited time. She wanted to feel informed and confident, without the overwhelm of searching endlessly online or second-guessing decisions.
We agreed on the following package:
-

Starting with a one hour consultation with Tracy, Becky came away with an in-depth plan.
 -

Becky learned in her first pregnancy that without a continuity of care model in the NHS it is great to have an expert ally. She is starting with a consultation with one of our experts, the cost is included in her package.
 -

Becky would like the one-to-one practical and emotional support of a local doula. We have found a handful of local doulas who may align with her goals, final decision and cost/booking is down to Becky.
 -

Tracy followed the initial consultation up with an in-depth email covering all of the suggestions that she had made to Becky, and included a printable birth plan and planning checklist for Sarah to use.

What Changed
Working with us gave Becky the clarity and reassurance she was seeking. Instead of feeling isolated and unsure, she left our consultation with a plan in hand, trusted recommendations, and confidence that her choices were right for her. She knew what to do next, and she knew she wasn’t doing it alone.
Nikki & Stuart
Nervously welcoming baby no. 2 – £1,150
When Nikki & Stuart got in touch
Already parents to a lively toddler, Nikki and Stuart were excited—but anxious—about welcoming another baby. They worried about how their first child would cope, how they’d manage the logistics of birth and recovery, and whether they’d have enough support in the early weeks. They knew they didn’t want to wing it—but didn’t know where to start.
After their planning consultation we agreed upon:
-

We explored their priorities for a more confident second birth and realistic postnatal expectations while caring for their toddler.
 -

Two private online sessions (delivered by Sarah) to review their previous birth, explore second-time strategies, and prepare mentally and emotionally.
 -

Consultation with an experience nannie - Age-appropriate resources and personalised tips for helping their toddler adjust to the arrival of a new baby.
 -

We sourced and introduced a local doula with second-time parent experience. The client booked her directly for daytime postnatal visits.
 -

They were matched with an IBCLC for a 1-hour online consultation to talk through plans for tandem feeding.
 -

We created a custom recovery checklist and practical task planner to help the couple prepare for early weeks with two children.

What Changed
Their support plan gave them both clarity and calm. They felt reassured in their birth plans, supported in their feeding journey, and prepared for the emotional shifts of the fourth trimester. With the sibling prep tools and postnatal referrals in place, they could focus on bonding as a family—knowing their needs had been anticipated.
Ella & James
Managing Baby Number Three with Confidence – £2,100
When Ella & James Reached Out
Ella and James were already balancing full-time jobs and two energetic children. The idea of adding another baby into the mix was both joyful and daunting. They knew from experience how demanding the early weeks could be—and this time, they wanted to feel better prepared, more supported, and less stretched.
Ella & James decided on:
-

A 60-minute session with Tracy followed by a comprehensive written support plan, tailored to their busy life and specific birth preferences.
 -

Delivered by Tracy, these covered birth planning (with trauma-aware guidance), postpartum logistics, and partner confidence building.
 -

We arranged a live Zoom session with one of our trusted professionals to help their two older children feel included and prepared.
 -

We sourced two available night doulas near their location and supported them through the decision-making and booking process (doula paid directly by client).
 -

We booked an online session with a highly experienced IBCLC in our network, helping them troubleshoot previous challenges and feel confident in their plan. The couple also plan to book a 2nd session with the same IBCLC after the baby arrives.
 -

Customised checklists and simple shopping guidance from one of our team of experts, tailored to what they already had (and what they didn’t!).
 -

A 30-minute follow-up call with Tracy three weeks postpartum to review how things were going and adjust add extra support if needed.

What Changed
With everything thoughtfully mapped out—from sibling prep to postnatal rest—Ella and James felt in control from the start. They were able to lean on our team for practical help, emotional support, and time-saving resources that made a real difference. What had felt overwhelming became manageable—and most importantly, enjoyable.
